Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a dutch oven boil enough water to cook spaghetti. When water is boiling break spaghetti in half and place in water. Cook according to package directions.
Step 2
While pasta is boiling put ground beef or ground turkey to large skillet and brown. Sprinkle taco seasoning over meat and add undrained tomatoes, mexican corn, green chilies, and onion. Stir to combine and cook until heated through.
Step 3
Drain pasta and put in a large bowl. Pour meat mixture over spaghetti and toss well to combine. Add shredded cheese on top and serve immediately.
