Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pound lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) diced tomatoes (in sauce, undrained)
  • 1 can (22 ounce ounce) whole Mexicorn (whole kernel corn, undrained with red and green peppers)
  • 1 can (7 ounce) diced green chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a dutch oven boil enough water to cook spaghetti. When water is boiling break spaghetti in half and place in water. Cook according to package directions.

  • Step 2: While pasta is boiling put ground beef or ground turkey to large skillet and brown. Sprinkle taco seasoning over meat and add undrained tomatoes, mexican corn, green chilies, and onion. Stir to combine and cook until heated through.

  • Step 3: Drain pasta and put in a large bowl. Pour meat mixture over spaghetti and toss well to combine. Add shredded cheese on top and serve immediately.
