Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and form into 4 thin patties.

Step 2

Grill over medium hot coals for 12 minutes. Turn once after 7 minutes, OR use a George Foreman style grill, and follow instructions with the user manual.

These are SO GOOD! We loved the jalapeno and onion additions. Great flavor. Easy to make and grill. I'll definitely make these again. Thank you! (Note to self for next time, use a small onion instead of large. )

Loving spicy I just had to try these burgers, have to add another five star review to these delicious burgers. I also made this using lean ground beef and they were equally good! Love my burgers with heavy onion and sliced tomatoes. The GF love it with Bergy's #recipe12042 Gluten/Wheat-Free Mini Microwave Bread.

Very tasty for a Saturday night burger, I had a red serano pepper i needed to use, it worked well and had a nice bite. I topped them with a thin slice of sharp old cheddar cheese.  Thanks for posting it didn't taste healthy at all !! July 27/13 - didn't realize i had made these before!! mmm they must be good, very good indeed, loads of flavour, love the Jalapeno, will very likley be making them again sometime!! had long patties this time cus we only had hot dog buns in :)
