Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt the chocolate gently in a bowl over simmering water.
Step 2
Place the cooked popcorn in a bowl and pour over the melted chocolate and stir to combine.
Step 3
Use 2 metal spoons to portion the popcorn into paper cases and allow to cool and set.
Step 4
TIP - leftover popped corn mixture, if not eaten, can be folded through softened vanilla ice cream, refrozen and served later as an iced treat.
