  • 1/4 cup popcorn (cook as per packet instructions)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt the chocolate gently in a bowl over simmering water.

  • Step 2: Place the cooked popcorn in a bowl and pour over the melted chocolate and stir to combine.

  • Step 3: Use 2 metal spoons to portion the popcorn into paper cases and allow to cool and set.

  • Step 4: TIP - leftover popped corn mixture, if not eaten, can be folded through softened vanilla ice cream, refrozen and served later as an iced treat.
