"I've been making this since the early 70's...it doesn't seem that long ago to me...but I guess it is...I'm sure I found this on a box of Kraft Mac & cheese...or a can of spam...or maybe a can of Dole pineapple...I know it wasn't on the green pepper...anyway this stuff is great per the hubby...he serves it with a nice side of ketchup...it was one of my inexpensive meals when we were young and poor...now with the cost of spam...it for the rich and famous...hehe..."

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

Prepare Mac & cheese per package directions.

Step 3

Mix in diced green bell peppers.

Step 4

Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart round casserole dish (sprayed with Pam).

Step 5

Top with Spam slices and top the slices with pineapple.

Step 6

Bake uncovered in 350F for 30 minutes.
