Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Pam spray 9x13 cake pan (they used parchment paper too)
Step 3
Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, cinnamon and sugar.
Step 4
Pour in cake pan .
Step 5
Pour 1/2 box of yellow cake mix over it. Sprinkle walnuts (save some for topping) on cake mix.
Step 6
Layer other 1/2 of cake mix (dry mix straight from the box).
Step 7
Melt butter and spoon over the top evenly.
Step 8
Bake 350-degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. When cool, loosen from side of pan. Invert pan onto a tray (the top is the crust).
Step 9
Frost with frosting and sprinkle with walnuts.
Step 10
Cut into squares
