"Easy spinach side dish"
Saute onion and butter in a deep pan until onions are translucent.
Add the chili powder, and spinach. Stir to thoroughly combine.
Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add lemon juice and ketchup.
Cook for about 5 more minutees, stirring occasionally.
Top with cheese, cover and let stand for about 5 minutes while cheese melts.
