Step 1: Saute onion and butter in a deep pan until onions are translucent.
Step 2: Add the chili powder, and spinach. Stir to thoroughly combine.
Step 3: Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add lemon juice and ketchup.
Step 4: Cook for about 5 more minutees, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Top with cheese, cover and let stand for about 5 minutes while cheese melts.
