Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C
Step 2
Place the harissa, garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix to combine.
Step 3
Spread the harissa mixture over each flatbread.
Step 4
Place on 2 large oven trays and cook for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Step 5
Sprinkle with the dukkah and coriander to serve.
