Step 1: Preheat oven to 200C
Step 2: Place the harissa, garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix to combine.
Step 3: Spread the harissa mixture over each flatbread.
Step 4: Place on 2 large oven trays and cook for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Step 5: Sprinkle with the dukkah and coriander to serve.
