Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 teaspoon harissa paste
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • 6 small flatbread (Lebanese flatbreads)
  • 2 tablespoons dukkah (store bought fine)
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200C

  • Step 2: Place the harissa, garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix to combine.

  • Step 3: Spread the harissa mixture over each flatbread.

  • Step 4: Place on 2 large oven trays and cook for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with the dukkah and coriander to serve.
