Step by Step Method

Mix the sauce ingredients together, put on low heat and let simmer.

Then allow the sauce to simmer for 10 minutes, or until as thick as you would like it to be.

Make 4 equal beef patties

Mix the Accent Seasoning, Lawry's seasoning salt and pepper together and put in a shaker.

Season the patties with this to taste.
Step 6
Don't smash down these are thick burgers. Grill until done.
Step 7
Butter the buns and grill them too.
Step 8
Apply the mushroom sauce to the crown (small buns for the 1/4-pound and a big bun for the 1/3-pound burger), add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of that (to hide the mushrooms and keep it in place better place a slice on the heel. Put on burger patty and close it up.
