Step 5: Season the patties with this to taste.
Step 6: Don't smash down these are thick burgers. Grill until done.
Step 7: Butter the buns and grill them too.
Step 8: Apply the mushroom sauce to the crown (small buns for the 1/4-pound and a big bun for the 1/3-pound burger), add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of that (to hide the mushrooms and keep it in place better place a slice on the heel. Put on burger patty and close it up.
