  • Sauce:
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can (4 1/2 ounce) mushrooms, sliced, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Sandwich:
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced (8)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon accent seasoning
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 ounces hamburger buns
  • 4 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the sauce ingredients together, put on low heat and let simmer.

  • Step 2: Then allow the sauce to simmer for 10 minutes, or until as thick as you would like it to be.

  • Step 3: Make 4 equal beef patties

  • Step 4: Mix the Accent Seasoning, Lawry's seasoning salt and pepper together and put in a shaker.

  • Step 5: Season the patties with this to taste.

  • Step 6: Don't smash down these are thick burgers. Grill until done.

  • Step 7: Butter the buns and grill them too.

  • Step 8: Apply the mushroom sauce to the crown (small buns for the 1/4-pound and a big bun for the 1/3-pound burger), add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of that (to hide the mushrooms and keep it in place better place a slice on the heel. Put on burger patty and close it up.
