Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat butter.
Step 2
Saute onions until translucent.
Step 3
Add ham and soup can rinsed out with milk.
Step 4
Season to taste. It doesn't have salt, but add if you need it.
Step 5
Stir until hot and bubbling.
Step 6
Mix flour into sour cream and add to ham mixture, don't boil.
Step 7
Simmer until thickened.
Step 8
Garnish with green onions.
