Step 1: Heat butter.
Step 2: Saute onions until translucent.
Step 3: Add ham and soup can rinsed out with milk.
Step 4: Season to taste. It doesn't have salt, but add if you need it.
Step 5: Stir until hot and bubbling.
Step 6: Mix flour into sour cream and add to ham mixture, don't boil.
Step 7: Simmer until thickened.
Step 8: Garnish with green onions.
