Chef Potpie

The texture as well as the taste make this recipe a keeper. Plus it's simple! If you have ham on hand, try this. You may be tempted to add mayonnaise to this, but trust me, the sour cream is perfect. I served it on flatbread that we already had out and needed to use. YUM!
