Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook grits in boiling water 5 minutes to package directions.
Step 2
Stir in seasoning and butter.
Step 3
Stir 3 T hot grits into beaten eggs tempering them, then add to hot grits.
Step 4
Add cheese stirring constantly .
Step 5
Pour into 2 quart souffle dish. Sprinkle with paprika
Step 6
Chill covered overnight.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 8
Bake 1 1/2 hours.
