Step 1: Cook grits in boiling water 5 minutes to package directions.
Step 2: Stir in seasoning and butter.
Step 3: Stir 3 T hot grits into beaten eggs tempering them, then add to hot grits.
Step 4: Add cheese stirring constantly .
Step 5: Pour into 2 quart souffle dish. Sprinkle with paprika
Step 6: Chill covered overnight.
Step 7: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 8: Bake 1 1/2 hours.
