"Made these turkey burgers last summer, I stuffed some spicy Thai broccoli slaw in the bun along with the burger and pineapple slices, you don't have to use the slaw but I suggest that you do. This is a bit on the lighter side but still delicious, use half light and dark ground turkey"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl (using you hands) gently combine the ground turkey with the next 8 ingredients. Shape into 5 equally sized patties.
Step 2
Grill the turkey burgers until thoroughly cooked through; remove to a sheet of foil, wrap to keep warm.
Step 3
Grill the burger buns along with the pineapple slices, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Step 4
Place a burger on a bun then top with a grilled pineapple slice and broccoli slaw (if you using that).
