  • 10 ounces ground turkey breast
  • 10 ounces ground turkey thigh
  • 2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2/3 cup shredded carrot (fine shredded)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons hot sauce (Sriracha)
  • 5 fresh pineapple slices (sliced about 3/4 inch thick)
  • 5 bread buns (hamburger buns)
  • Thai broccoli slaw (prepared)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl (using you hands) gently combine the ground turkey with the next 8 ingredients. Shape into 5 equally sized patties.

  • Step 2: Grill the turkey burgers until thoroughly cooked through; remove to a sheet of foil, wrap to keep warm.

  • Step 3: Grill the burger buns along with the pineapple slices, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  • Step 4: Place a burger on a bun then top with a grilled pineapple slice and broccoli slaw (if you using that).
