"This a simple but tasty recipe I really enjoy. The cook time will vary depending on the thickness of steaks and BBQ. For gluten free use gluten free Worcestershire sauce."
Mix the butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and dried thyme together in a small bowl.
Brush over both sides of steaks, using all of the mixture.
Place on a pre-heated, medium-high grill and cook, grilling both sides, until desired doneness is achieved. (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare)
Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover with foil and allow to rest at least five minutes before serving.

This recipe adds just the right amount of flavour to the steak. It's a do again recipe. Thanks Bea for another favourite. 16 June 15 I made it again using a tenderloin steak. Wonderful flavour
This is a great steak! I especially liked the touch of thyme. This is perfect when you want a quick steak with great taste!
