Step 1
Mix the butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and dried thyme together in a small bowl.
Step 2
Brush over both sides of steaks, using all of the mixture.
Step 3
Place on a pre-heated, medium-high grill and cook, grilling both sides, until desired doneness is achieved. (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare)
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover with foil and allow to rest at least five minutes before serving.
