Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 24 to 28 ounces T-Bone steaks (2 steaks 12-14 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and dried thyme together in a small bowl.

  • Step 2: Brush over both sides of steaks, using all of the mixture.

  • Step 3: Place on a pre-heated, medium-high grill and cook, grilling both sides, until desired doneness is achieved. (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare)

  • Step 4: Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover with foil and allow to rest at least five minutes before serving.
