Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Place the cheese and meat in between the sliced bagel and place in the skillet.
Step 3
With a sturdy spatula, press down on the bagel and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Turn the bagel over and repeat for the other side.
Step 5
Remove from skillet, slice and serve.
Step 6
If packing this away for your work lunch, allow this to cool completely before wrapping it up.
