Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except steak in a large zipper type plastic bag.
Step 2
Add steak to bag, seal and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Step 3
Grill steak over hot charcoal fire for 5 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on degree of rareness desired.
Step 4
Slice thinly across the grain.
Step 5
Can also be broiled in oven.
