Step 1: Mix all ingredients except steak in a large zipper type plastic bag.
Step 2: Add steak to bag, seal and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Step 3: Grill steak over hot charcoal fire for 5 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on degree of rareness desired.
Step 4: Slice thinly across the grain.
Step 5: Can also be broiled in oven.
