Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add flank steak and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
Remove steak and reserve marinade. Place steak in center of cooking grate and grill for 12 to 16 minutes, turning once during grilling. Occasionally brush lightly with remaining marinade.
Step 3
Remove steak when done and cover with foil for 5-7 minutes. Slice thinly.
Step 4
Serve over rice or a bed of greens, or in a wrap.
