Gremolata For Green Beans or other Vegetables
" Gremolata just spruces up the flavor of green beans or other vegetables like peas, carrots or try it on potatoes - I love green beans any way but especially love them done this way. The gremolata is a mixture of the lemon zest, parsley, garlic, salt and oil. This recipe gives you more than what you will need for the beans. The remainder may be stored in the fridge for 3 days - use it on other veggies."
