Step 1: Mix together the zest, parsley, galic and salt
Step 2: Slowly pour the oil into the parsley mixture whipping it all the while- It must be well blended Put in a covered jar and keep in the fridge
Step 3: Steam your beans until they are still crispy (6 minutes)
Step 4: While the beans are hot toss with 2 tablespoons of the gramolata and sprinkle with the lemom juice
Step 5: Serve hot - Do not sprinkle on the lemon juice until just before serving or they will turn the beans brown
