"A fantastic recipe jotted down last summer from a radio programme from Gary's Quality Meats, Prahran . I am told the lamb tastes fantastic after this marinade has bee used. This is a marinade usually used for lamb cutlets of chops, but it works well with any lamb such as lamb shoulder, legs, chops or ribs."
