Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Step 2
Place tortilla on baking sheet sprayed with Pam and bake each side 3-4 minutes (If there are bubbles,flatten out with spatula).

Remove from oven and cool completely.
Step 4
Transfer the tortilla to a cutting board and spread sour cream on top.
Step 5
Leaving a small border along the edge. Sprinkle brown sugar to taste over the sour cream evenly. Top evenly with grapes, cut side down.
Step 6
Make 4 wedges and serve immediately.
