Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tortilla (8 inch)
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar (or to 3 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 seedless red grapes (cut in half)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400

  • Step 2: Place tortilla on baking sheet sprayed with Pam and bake each side 3-4 minutes (If there are bubbles,flatten out with spatula).

  • Step 3: Remove from oven and cool completely.

  • Step 4: Transfer the tortilla to a cutting board and spread sour cream on top.

  • Step 5: Leaving a small border along the edge. Sprinkle brown sugar to taste over the sour cream evenly. Top evenly with grapes, cut side down.

  • Step 6: Make 4 wedges and serve immediately.
