Step by Step Method
Step 1
Rinse and strain the nuts. Add to a large bowl with the coconut, almond meal, applesauce, stevia, sugar, vanilla and fruit. Mix well.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the Chia, cinnamon and sea salt. Add to large bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Dehydrate at about 115 degrees overnight, or until it's dry and crunchy.
