Step 1: Rinse and strain the nuts. Add to a large bowl with the coconut, almond meal, applesauce, stevia, sugar, vanilla and fruit. Mix well.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the Chia, cinnamon and sea salt. Add to large bowl and mix well.
Step 3: Dehydrate at about 115 degrees overnight, or until it's dry and crunchy.
