Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups raw walnuts, coarsely chopped and soaked for 8 hours in filtered water
  • 1 1/2 cups raw almonds, coarsely chopped and soaked for 8 hours in filtered water
  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond meal flour
  • 1 cup natural applesauce
  • 20 drops of Vanilla Creme liquid stevia
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries or finely chopped strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Rinse and strain the nuts. Add to a large bowl with the coconut, almond meal, applesauce, stevia, sugar, vanilla and fruit. Mix well.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the Chia, cinnamon and sea salt. Add to large bowl and mix well.

  • Step 3: Dehydrate at about 115 degrees overnight, or until it's dry and crunchy.
