Hush Puppies go so well with fish so I made up some to have with our catfish. They turned out golden brown and were extremely delicious!

Living down in NC for 5 years I had a lot of hush puppies. I love them and wanted to try these. They are really good, with a little spice kick from the jalapenos and the flavor is great. They are easy to mix and make and I will have them again when I get a craving for some good southern food! Thanks for sharing with us Luv2Kook.   This is another great recipe you have shared with us!
