"Review from another site: Very tasty wedges and the only change I would make is to use less crumbs as I had a lot left over. I used Carisma potatoes low GI potatoes) and I did make up a full recipe and 3 of us devoured the lot. Except for one thing, I followed your recipe right on down ~ I did, however, leave the peel on the potatoes, 'cause there is so much nourishment found in that part, AND we do like the taste of the peel! Loved the coating & the flavor of these tasty wedges & will be making them again, for sure! Thanks for sharing the recipe!"

Step by Step Method

Peel potatoes.(or not)
Step 2
Cut in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Cut each half into 4 long wedges.
Step 4
Dip wedges in melted butter.
Step 5
Roll in bread crumbs.
Step 6
Place on a greased pan.
Step 7
Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or until golden brown.
