Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, cinnamon stick, turmeric, ginger, black pepper and honey. Add 2 cups water and stir well.

Step 2

Bring to a slow boil on high heat then lower heat to a simmer. Stir occasionally for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Strain out the solids and serve with ground cinnamon sprinkled on top.

Delightful! I’ve had golden milk using milk, but never with coconut milk. I found a new favorite, love it with the coconut milk, as it provides a silky smooth finish that’s different than with just milk. So dang good. Thank you, EOdisciple, for sharing.
