Step 1: In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, cinnamon stick, turmeric, ginger, black pepper and honey. Add 2 cups water and stir well.
Step 2: Bring to a slow boil on high heat then lower heat to a simmer. Stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Strain out the solids and serve with ground cinnamon sprinkled on top.
