Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large pot, bring 10 pints of water to a boil.
Step 2
Add the ginger and sugar then let cool to lukewarm.
Step 3
Add the raisins and sprinkle in the yeast.
Step 4
Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Step 5
Strain the liquid and pour into the sterilized bottles.
Step 6
Screw on the bottle tops and refrigerate for another 2 days before drinking.
