"This is off another recipe site...I love this soup and I have to hunt it down every time I want to make it...so I'm posting it here for safe keeping. I use the petite frozen pearl onions and leave them whole...because we love onions I double the amount."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bring broth and water to a boil. Add noodles then cook until al dente, stir occasionally.
Step 2
Next add the pearl onions, peas and prosciutto, simmer for 2 minutes. Turn heat to low and stir in half and half then salt & pepper to your taste.
