Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cans (14 1/2 ounce) low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 1/2 ounces dry wide egg noodles (dry, 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup white pearl onions, halved
  • 4 1/2 ounces frozen peas (baby peas, 1 cup)
  • 3 ounces prosciutto ham (diced, 1/2 cup, smoked prosciutto)
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring broth and water to a boil. Add noodles then cook until al dente, stir occasionally.

  • Step 2: Next add the pearl onions, peas and prosciutto, simmer for 2 minutes. Turn heat to low and stir in half and half then salt & pepper to your taste.
