Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Stir together eggs and sour cream, stirring well.

Step 3

Stir in remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese.

Put in quiche or 8x8 inch casserole dish.

Top with cheddar cheese.

Step 6

Cook until center is set, about 35 minutes.

We've never had a corn casserole...it's very cheesy which made it feel a bit dry even thought it was nice and creamy...loved the flavor but the green chilies got lost...I cut the recipe in half and it fit perfectly in my small quiche pan...made for "The Joy of Vegetables" tag game...
