Step 1

Pour 1/2 cup rice vinegar, 1/8 cup white vinegar and 2 tablespoons of chili sauce into a large mixing bowl. Select the amount of chili sauce based on how hot you want the final sauce to be.

Step 2

Stir the vinegars and chili sauce to blend them well.

Step 3

Add 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon crushed red chili peppers, 2 tablespoons onion powder, and 1 tablespoon garlic powder to the bowl.

Step 4

Whisk all the ingredients for 5 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves into the vinegar.

Step 5

Allow the sauce to marinate by allowing it to sit for at least 30 minutes before using it in your recipe.

Love this sauce, admittedly having never been to a Genghis Grill I wasn't sure just what to do with this sauce that sounded so very good. Used it on a small stir fry, also did a small portion of thinly sliced steak with a splash of sauce which made for one of the best tasting wraps I have made. I did wonder about the crushed chili peppers but worked for me!
