Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook pasta per package directions. Drain but do not rinse.

Step 2

While pasta is cooking, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet, then saute garlic and red pepper for approximately 30 seconds.

Step 3

Add garlic mixture, parsley/basil and cheese to hot pasta.


No special items needed.

Sometimes simplicity is the best and this recipe proves it! Tastes yummy, easy to prepare and cheap to make. What more could you ask for?

It's amazing how such a simple recipe can be so delicious. I didn't use the red pepper flakes, but it didn't lack in flavor at all. Had this as a side to go with chicken, and we enjoyed it very much.
