"I found this recipe on the Eagle Brand Milk site and also on All Recipes. It was posted by Eagle Brand. Before making the recipe,I read through it and didn't care for a couple of things in the recipe.So the recipe was changed up,and I liked the end results and decided to post it.I used store brands for the ingredients and was very pleased with the finished item. Please plan ahead,this needs to be frozen at least 4 hours."

Step 1

Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy.

Step 2

Gradually beat in milk,lemonade,and food coloring.

Step 3

Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie crust.

Step 4

Freeze for 4 hours, or for better results freeze overnight.

Yummy! We totally enjoyed this simple dessert. One word of warning leftovers in the freezer. I initially put them in the fridge and my grandson told me that it was turning into sherbet. lol. Thanks for sharing this wonderful dessert. Made for Think Pink tag
