Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dough:

Dissolve yeast in Warm water
Step 3
Add milk, sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour. Mix till smooth
Step 4
Add enough remaining dough to make dough easy to handle.
Step 5
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured, cloth covered surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
Step 6
Place dough in an oiled bowl, turning dough to coat in oil.
Step 7
Let rise, covered with a damp cloth, until doubled. approximately 1 hr.
Step 8
Punch down dough and divide
Step 9
Beat icing ingredients together until smooth and creamy
Step 10
Roll dough into two 12x7 inch rectangles and spread with half of the orange icing
Step 11
Roll up, starting at the wide side. Pinch edge of rolls to seal well
Step 12
Cut each roll into 12 slices and place in greased round pans.
Step 13
Let rise until doubled
Step 14
Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
Step 15
Frost with remaining icing while still warm
