Step 1: Dough:
Step 2: Dissolve yeast in Warm water
Step 3: Add milk, sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour. Mix till smooth
Step 4: Add enough remaining dough to make dough easy to handle.
Step 5: Turn dough out onto a lightly floured, cloth covered surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
Step 6: Place dough in an oiled bowl, turning dough to coat in oil.
Step 7: Let rise, covered with a damp cloth, until doubled. approximately 1 hr.
Step 8: Punch down dough and divide
Step 9: Beat icing ingredients together until smooth and creamy
Step 10: Roll dough into two 12x7 inch rectangles and spread with half of the orange icing
Step 11: Roll up, starting at the wide side. Pinch edge of rolls to seal well
Step 12: Cut each roll into 12 slices and place in greased round pans.
Step 13: Let rise until doubled
Step 14: Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
Step 15: Frost with remaining icing while still warm
