Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil.
Step 2
Fry onions, bell pepper,and celery.
Step 3
Add carrots and parsnips, add paprika. Cook slowly (can use crock pot for this).
Step 4
Add meat, then brown.
Step 5
Add stock, cook until meat is tender 2 hours.
Step 6
Then add potatoes and mushrooms and mustard. Cook 30 minutes more.
