Step 1: Heat oil.
Step 2: Fry onions, bell pepper,and celery.
Step 3: Add carrots and parsnips, add paprika. Cook slowly (can use crock pot for this).
Step 4: Add meat, then brown.
Step 5: Add stock, cook until meat is tender 2 hours.
Step 6: Then add potatoes and mushrooms and mustard. Cook 30 minutes more.
