Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
In large skillet cook beef, onion, and bell pepper until beef is cooked.
Step 3
Stir in beans, salsa, and jalapenos.
Step 4
Prepare corn muffin mix per package directions and pour into greased 10 inch pie plate.
Step 5
Spoon meat mixture onto corn muffin mix and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
Step 6
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 7
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
